Join us every Saturday from 10-10.50am in Alice Park, for a pilates strength fusion workout.

Designed to strengthen you from the inside out, build a powerful core, and condition and improve the body. Low impact but high burn. We will be fatiguing the muscles whilst keeping your stress hormones balanced, a unique method to get fast results!

Any level is welcome, all you need is a mat.

About Georgie.

My method I have developed over the last 10+ years of training highly stressed individuals is designed to keep the stress hormones low, whilst gaining strength and definition by keeping the muscles under tension for longer. I am pre and post natal qualified, as well as working with many people with conditions to find a way of movement that works for them.

Pilates has a bad rep, it’s seen as very easy still and I am here to change that. Combining big compound moves with the mobility, core strength and endurance pilates brings is a winning combination.
